Vi t\u00e4nkte d\u00e4rf\u00f6r dela med oss av v\u00e5r supportfilosofi och hur vi arbetar f\u00f6r att den ska vara s\u00e5 tillg\u00e4nglig som m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som m\u00f6jligt och naturligtvis ge r\u00e4tt svar p\u00e5 varje fr\u00e5ga.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tack vare ett supportsystem som bland annat m\u00e4ter responstider och kundupplevelser kan vi arbeta aktivt med att st\u00e4ndigt f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra v\u00e5r support. Fr\u00e5gorna som kommer in blir v\u00e5rt \u00f6ra mot marken och ger oss en fingervisning om vad som kan f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras och utvecklas vidare i <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sbsmanager.net\/sv\/sbs-manager\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SBS Manager<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>&#8221;Varje support\u00e4rende hj\u00e4lper oss&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Att kundn\u00f6jdheten \u00e4r s\u00e5 pass h\u00f6g k\u00e4nns helt fantastiskt! Mitt syfte och m\u00e5l som supportansvarig \u00e4r att v\u00e5ra kunder och slutanv\u00e4ndare ska vara n\u00f6jda och snabbt f\u00e5 den hj\u00e4lp de beh\u00f6ver. Varje support\u00e4rende hj\u00e4lper oss dessutom att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra och utveckla SBS Manager till ett s\u00e5 effektivt och anv\u00e4ndarv\u00e4nligt ans\u00f6kningssystem som m\u00f6jligt, s\u00e4ger Malin Vester, v\u00e5r Support Manager.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Snabb hj\u00e4lp \u00e4r viktigt och d\u00e4r har vi arbetat h\u00e5rt f\u00f6r att hitta rutiner och kanaler som \u00e4r s\u00e5 tillg\u00e4ngliga som m\u00f6jligt. Till exempel visar v\u00e5ra m\u00e4tningar att 65 procent av de som mejlar till supporten har f\u00e5tt svar inom en timme, och d\u00e5 r\u00e4knar m\u00e4tningarna in \u00e4ven mejl som kommer utanf\u00f6r v\u00e5ra \u00f6ppettider.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Nya \u00e4nnu effektivare kanaler p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dessutom p\u00e5g\u00e5r testning av ytterligare kanaler som ska m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra \u00e4nnu enklare kommunikation &#8211; chatt och chatbots. Den f\u00f6rstn\u00e4mnda \u00e4r manuell och kommer att f\u00f6lja v\u00e5ra kontorstider, medan den sistn\u00e4mnda kommer att finnas tillg\u00e4nglig dygnets alla timmar.
